Descripción

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts across Mexico and Latin America
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for clients in the extrusion industry
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
  • Coordinate closely with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions
  • Conduct regular client visits and maintain high call frequency
  • Gather technical and commercial inputs for accurate quoting
  • Report to the global sales team and maintain alignment with HQ strategy
  • Use tools like Microsoft Excel to track KPIs (sales growth, margin, activity)
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings



Perfil buscado

A successful Sales Leader should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in extrusion
  • Solid understanding of aluminum extrusion processes; die casting is a plus
  • Strong commercial drive and proven closing ability
  • Advanced English; capable of working with global teams and clients
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter attitude with high autonomy and accountability
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Mexico and Latin America
  • Engineering background or technical affinity is a strong asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; CRM tools nice to have
  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to align with global and local teams
