Descripción

  • Drive sales and business development for PET recycling solutions across LATAM
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify new leads
  • Understand technical and commercial customer needs related to PET recycling and coordinate with internal teams
  • Lead commercial negotiations through to deal closure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Participate in marketing initiatives such as trade shows and customer events
  • Provide regular market intelligence and contribute to regional strategy development
  • Advise on technical design solutions based on local PET market knowledge

Perfil buscado

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in PET recycling industry or related machinery sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
  • Experience working in multinational teams and managing diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across LATAM
  • Availability to relocate and live in Mexico
